1. If you’re in need of reading material and have ever struggled with emotional eating, get a copy of “It Was Me All Along”. It’s very, very good.

2. Accountability comes in a lot of forms. I’m thankful to be accountable this week.

3. I’m starting to crave movement again. That hasn’t happened in awhile – wanting to literally run or hike or bike. It feels amazing. That the gym is ten feet away is suddenly an absolute gift.

4. Spring is coming. Time to plan some events.
